Why does my order still say “Processing”?

After successful payment, your order will be marked as Processing until your order has shipped.

We will do everything in our power to make sure your seed and powder orders ships within 24 Hours.

Live plants ONLY ship on Mondays. Plants ship early Monday morning so be sure to place your order before 2PM (EST) Sunday to make sure your plants make the cut off time.

Example: If you place a plant order on a Monday morning, it won’t ship until the following Monday.

How long will delivery take?

That depends on your shipping address.

United States Orders
Your order will ship within 24 hours and will take about 3-5 business days from time of shipment.

International Orders
Your order will ship within 24 hours and will take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Please be patient on international orders. These orders are shipped out via USPS and once it arrives to your country, USPS uses your local postal service to make the final delivery. Tracking may stop working after leaving the US.

Where is my Tracking Number?

You will receive an email after your order ships. Within the email you will find your tracking link.

NOTE: Seed orders under $25 do not have tracking.

Do I need a Paypal Account?

NO, you do not need a paypal account to pay for your order. At checkout click the “Proceed to Paypal” button. You will be redirected to Paypal at this point you can choose to login to paypal and pay with paypal balance or credit/debit card OR you can choose to pay with a debit or credit card without an account.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! Every seed order shipped within United States over $25 qualifies for FREE Shipping!

Sorry, live plants and powders do not qualify for free shipping.

Do you offer coupons or discounts?

YES! Periodically we offer coupons and discounts exclusive to our social and newsletter followers. Like us on Facebook or Twitter to receive periodical coupons that you can apply to your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should receive an confirmation email soon after you place your order. Be sure to check your “spam” folder as it could end up there.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship world-wide. Orders are shipped by USPS.

Will I receive crushed seeds?

NO! All orders are shipped in a high quality bubble envelope to reduce/eliminate crushed seeds. These envelopes cannot be machine sorted and therefore carefully sorted by hand during shipping.
