Papaya Smoked Peach Bhut Hot Sauce

1 Put it all ingredients and blend till smooth.

2Then bring to a boil then lowered to a simmer for 10 mins.

3Add brown sugar at the end and zested the lime peel.

4Pour boiling sauce into 5oz woozy bottles


1 papaya

1 hickory smoked Peach Bhut Jolokia (Peach Ghost Pepper)

1 small yellow onion

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 whole lime peeled

1 Tbs brown sugar

2 mdm garlic cloves

1/2 Tbs knowb of ginger

1/8 tsp allspice
